• National exposure through hundreds real estate wed site, such as but not limit to Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, TwinRiversfla.com, JeanetteWard.com,  etc.…
• Hire a professional photographer to capture high end, high quality picture of your home and Virtual Tour to maximize our buyer’s interest.
• Create additional exposure with a yard sign and lock box.
• Hold Open Houses, with your approval.
• Advertise your home locally and in surrounding counties.
• Keep you updated as to any changes in the market
• Follow up with salespeople who have shown your house, gathering value information on their likes & dislikes, passing the information to you.
• Make you aware of the various methods of financing that your buyer may use.
• Represent your interest in all contracts presented by cooperating brokers, and help you negotiate the best possible price and terms.
• After the contract has been accepted, handle follow up and keep you informed of all mortgage, title, and closing procedures.
• Take care of any details and situations, which may arise during the selling process.
• Deliver YOUR check at closing.
